    Hi there,

    I received the notification of maintenance being performed on the service responsible for managing and running outbound dialing campaign on 9/28/2025. My team does not utilize dialing campaigns, but we do make outbound calls on behalf of a queue manually. My team lead would like me to confirm if the general outbound call function be affected as well, or if only those that are utilized in a dialing campaign? Thank you for your help!

    Hello Jacqueline,

    The general outbound calling functionality should not be affected during that maintenance period so you should be good to go!

    I also needed clarification on that scheduled maintenance. I submitted a ticket to support and this was their reply.

    Case #0003856070

    The maintenance announcement affects "Outbound Calls - Asia Pacific (Sydney)" which includes both campaign-based and manual outbound calls. During the maintenance window (September 27, 02:00 AM local time for approximately 60 minutes), users can expect:

    1. Intermittent timeouts
    2. Reconnects
    3. Slowed or interrupted dialing

    This applies to:

    • Manual outbound calls made by agents
    • Campaign-based outbound calls
    • Any outbound dialing functionality in the Sydney region

    The impact will be temporary (approximately 60 minutes) and will manifest as:

    • Possible delays in call connection
    • Potential connection interruptions
    • Slower than normal dialing response

    Recommendation: If possible, plan to avoid making critical outbound calls during this maintenance window. If you must make outbound calls during this time, be prepared for potential delays and interruptions in service.
