    Hi everyone,

    I just wanted to warn everyone that our organization is having major problems with how PureCloud handle spam email. We discovered that some legitimate customer requests were treated as spam by PureCloud. We had a ton of exchanges with the support on this and the bottom line is as follow:

    PureCloud relies on AWS to relay email. If a message gets flags as SPAM by AWS the emails gets disconnected without furhter processing. It does not gets evaluated by an architect flow, It does not get into a queue and the whole process is silent. There is no way to know how many email get this treatment even through the API.

    I just wanted to raise the issue here so other don't suddenly discover that they've been ignoring customer requests without knowing it.

    I'll gladly go into more detail if people are interested.
