Hi all
What's the best practice to make a variable set in an IVR call flow available to an in-queue call flow without having to set/update that all over again? Participant Data? UUI Data?
Also, does Architect have a concept of a global variable like is available in Engage where you can set a variable that is accessible to all call flows and interactions?
