    Hi All,

    I have uploaded external contacts for the sake of using the customer journey, but the PureCloud have added the country code automatically to them and thus, when call arrives from provider it comes in a format without country code, so is there a way to append the format with country code so that PureCloud can recognise the caller ?

    I have tried it before but it's not working since the SIP provider is sending the ANI in this format (05xxxxxxxx) and in order for the PureCloud's profile to recognize the caller the format should be (+9665xxxxxxxx)
