Hi, I have a customer wishing to perform aggregations that are not available in your conversation analytics API for example group by disconnecttype.
And we are trying to formulate the metrics from the raw conversation segments data.
Most of them we have done, but are unsure about these 2 ;
nOutboundAttempted nOutboundConnected
Can you let us know which purpose, segment type etc. these 2 would be?

Those metrics are described as follows per the metrics documentation:
- nOutboundAttempted The number of calls attempted by the Dialer.
- nOutboundConnected The number of outbound dialing campaign calls that connected during an interval.

Hi TIm, I know what these metrics mean, but I need to know how to calculate them from the conversation segment information.
ie. what Purpose, and SegmentType etc. do i need to filter to get the count of outbound attempts?

- nOutboundAttempted - look for any conversation that has a dialer campaign id set
- nOutboundConnected - Same as attempted, but also an agent was connected to the conversation at some point
