  • 1.  Mask fields Co-Browse using css selector

    According to documentation, To mask sensitive data, add specific CSS selectors such as .selector to your Messenger configuration. I am having trouble implementing this, can anyone give me more information if i want to mask certain fields, i.e. SSN.  Also, does this prevent them from seeing them typing the information or just when done typing?

    Hello Clayton, 

    Can you provide me the documentation you are using? 

    As far as sensitive data masking this is also an org wide setting you can turn on.

    i got it sorted out.  looks like i had wrong value on the .selector option in the messenger deployment.  had to add #registration_ssn

    that was the fix.
