    Hey Genesys Members, my name is Melissa ~ your new Online Community Specialist!


    I'll be working with Matt Lawson and am looking forward to being part of your Genesys Experience.

    Welcome aboard Melissa,

    Been a long-time member and top supplier of answers to a lot of people over the last 17 years or so.  I love seeing the community grow and how everyone is so willing to lend their expertise to those in need.  It takes a community to raise a contact center!

    Hey Melissa!

    Welcome to the team! My name is Matt and I'm the Online Community Manager for Genesys. If anyone is ever visiting, I work out of the Genesys office in North Carolina and would love to say hey.

    In my spare time, I love hanging out with my wife and our new dog Marty. I would share a picture, but I don't want to risk breaking the internet. 

    I'm 100% jealous of your sticker collection. Makes me think of my Funko Pops which have now been quarantined in the office for 1.5 years. I hope they are getting along, making new friends, and don't miss me too much!

    Hello Melissa!

    I LOVE seeing the great questions and ideas that come through the Q&A and Ideas board.  I admit that I hit the LIKE button quite often.

    I've been work with the Genesys platform for 4 years and am such a huge fan of Cloud based solutions.

    In my spare time, I love reading about history, doing flower and vegetable gardening, and co-leading a Celebrate Recovery program.

    It's nice to meet you! I too am an avid "liker" when I see a good discussion post.  

    What part of history are you most interested in?

    I always find myself watching shows like Downtown Abbey and then finding myself in a Youtube documentary hole but it's great stuff!

    I'm personally interested in WEM due to my background being a contact center manager. It is a tough job to get the right resources in right time as well as to keep the workers happy and to get them to reach the best they can be.
