For those who haven't noticed, I have a new role now that I've been here 26+ years :-)
In February I joined Geoff Barfield ( also over 25 years experience with Genesys) in creating the Technical Adoption Champion role.
Basically, our new team is focused on helping customers understand the features they are already paying for and how best to adopt the features they are not yet using to relieve pain points in teh customer journey and streamline contact center operations. Our goal is not to sell you what you don't need, but to help you best use what you're already paying for.
We like to think of ourselves as the "glue" between all the people you deal with...CSM, TAM, AE, SC, Business Value Team, CX Advisory Team, PS, etc...
We want to help you put together a realistic plan to get "levelled up" for Experience Orchestration (I know...you've heard that term a lot) and actually have Hope for getting your contact center into contention with the latest and best technology available.
If you will be at Xperience 2025, I will be in the "Customer Success Central" area on the Delta Mezzanine along with Angela "Angie" Ray.
