    Hello, we have created a new flow of incoming messages for whatsapp, in which we give you a welcome message and later
    
    We have to ask the client a question, in which they have to answer us compulsorily YES
    
    Can you help us to highlight this mandatory question and how to analyze the answer?
    
    The idea is that if you accept (writing YES) you go to the queue and if you do not accept, send a farewell message

    The inbound message flow can send messages to the customer but will not see any messages from the customer.  You need to invoke a bot to get the answer from your customer.  It will come back as a slot output value, so then the inbound message flow can decide whether to transfer to acd or send the farewell message & disconnect.
