Hello everyone,
I am looking for a way to transfer the interaction to the ACD in a messaging flow (or digital bot flow) only after a customer has made an entry. I have found the "Wait for Input" action, but I don't see the possibility to jump to another task or another action afterwards.
Specifically, there is a ask for yes/no action first. The customer is then asked to input his request. Only then the customer should be transferred to the queue.
Can anyone help me?
