  • 1.  Messenger - Improved Input Focus Behavior with Rich Media Messages

    In the next days we are planning to release a small functional adjustment to our current focus behavior with Web Messenger, to improve usability upon receiving and outbound message with actionable Rich Messaging objects (Quick Replies & Cards):

    1. With current behavior, the focus is automatically moved to the first actionable object in the Rich Message collection, which may cause end-user to unintentionally  select the object via keyboard press.
    2. With new behavior, the focus will always remain on the main input area, to avoid accidental selection of Rich Message objects, and improving overall experience when interacting with Digital Bot Flows.

    See image below for further visual clarification. More details will be provided as the improvement is rolled-out.
