    Hi all - as a heads-up, we decided to remove the "Genesys" label from the internal title and name attributes that are used by Screen-readers to announce selected element: based on suggestion with this Idea, we acknowledge that for most End-Users it is not meaningful to hear vendor's name while trying to navigate Messenger's UI. This small but valuable improvement has been rolled out in early December, and was not announced via usual Release Notes.

    More specifically:

    1. In messengerHelper.html iFrame, following attribute values are changed:
      1. title="Genesys Messenger" is changed to title="Messenger".
      2. name="genesysMessengerFrame" is changed to name="MessengerFrame".
    2. In localization files, following are changed:
      1. "pdfPreviewTitle": "Genesys Messenger PDF Preview" to  Messenger PDF Preview.
      2. "textFilePreviewTitle": "Genesys Messenger Text File Preview" to Messenger Text File Preview.
