    Hi,

    Would like to know if Microsoft Teams integration with PureCloud is available today?

    Understand that Skype for Business is available with with $5 add on. Not sure if this is the same?

    Appreciate if anyone has done this before. Thanks in advance.

    This is on the road map for PureCloud, slide/page 11 of this PDF .

     

    We are anxious to see a solution as well but Microsoft has yet to release a presence API for Teams, as it had for SfB.

    We're currently working through a P2P discussion with a customer who's presently on PureEngage On Premise but are also underway for a migration from Skype for Business to Teams.  If we're able to be kept up to date with the progress of the PureCloud/Teams Integration and how that's looking or costed I'd appreciate it.
