Greetings. Is it possible to migrate flows, queues, prompts, groups and whatnot from on GC org to another? We have a customer that is doing work in multiple orgs and want to be able to use APIs to automate the migration process.

For example they have Architect flows that they want to move from a dev org to multiple orgs instead of having to redo any changes in dev to the other orgs and they don't want to have to manually export the flows.

    Thanks.

Indeed it is possible! We have a feature in beta now - CX as Code - that allows our customers and partners to manage configuration across organizations.

Here is a pdf that describes the feature. Please check out page 10 for resources and documentation - and feel free to email directly at becky.powell@genesys.com with any feedback or questions.

    Hi,

CX-as-Code can be used to help do some of this work.

    A couple of things:

    1. I am doing a DevCast on July 29th on CX as Code. In the DevCast I will walk through how I used CX as Code and Archy to handle the creation and tear down of an email call flow across multiple environments. The registration for the DevCast can be found here
    2. As part of the prep work for that DevCast work I am working on a Blueprint with the above code examples. I am currently going through a tech and content review so it should be published in the next couple of weeks. I am more than happy to share the code branch with you ahead of time. Just be warned that the text and the code still might be rough. If you want the code before the DevCast just reach out to Becky and I can have her send you the link.

Thanks, John Carnell Manager, Developer Engagement

Approximately how long will the devcast be? I'm looking to see if my calendar for that day will accommodate this.

    Thanks.

The devcasts run anywhere from 30-55 minutes, depending on the content and the amount of questions that come up. We do record the devcasts and publish them on our Dev Center - so you can still access the content even if you're not able to attend the live event.

    Cheers! Becky
