On March 2nd, 2018, the PureCloud Community (as it was known at the time) opened its doors. It had a few hundred discussions from a previous community site and just a handful of Genesys Team Members at the time. How many of you were around for that day? I'd love to hear from you.
I had only been at Genesys for a few weeks when the community went live. Hard to believe that in just three years we've grown this Genesys Cloud community to 2,500 members. The milestone came so fast, that, I'll be honest, Melissa and I were not prepared for it! But that's par for the course with this community. It's been an unpredictable ride that always surprises and invigorates the Genesys Community Team.
