  • 1.  Missing Available columns in Content Search view

    We have enabled the Speech and text analytics in our organization but not able to find below column under content search

    Sentiment Score
    Sentiment Trend

    Please refer the below link for the list of available columns. We have assigned all the necessary permission to the user and are able to see all the columns except above 2. Kindly let us know if we are missing anything.

    Hi Anurag,

    I saw your reply in another post about this, so I believe you are already aware, but wanted to put an answer here just in case.  As @Maisey Harris mentioned: "it appears our doc update has slipped out a little prematurely. The Sentiment columns are coming very soon! When they are released, there will be no additional permissions required."  @Rakesh Tailor also replied with a GA date of Sept 8th.
