The standard admin role does not have permissions to see all the containers under Admin. You have to add other roles to the user for what you want to see, like the Telephony Admin role to see the Telephony settings, or the Communicate Admin role to see Architect settings, etc.

Hi everybody,
I activated an organisation in Pure Cloud for a customer a few days ago. But I have the problem that the default admin role which I have, has not enough permission to start the configuration of the Contact Center. A lot of basic permissions like telephony and architect etc. are just missing and can not be added. Attached is a screenshot of my Admin Interface. The organizations we activated before had all the necessary permissions by default.
Did anybody have the same issue before, or did I do something wrong during the activation?
