  • 1.  Missing Queues Summary stats

    Hi,

    Anyone missing the summary stats at the top of the queues performance? It has been like this for a few weeks. Do we need to open a ticket to have this restored?

    Any comments appreciated.

    I did after the last Edge update.  I cleared the cache and refreshed and got them back.  Try that first.

    Good afternoon,

    We are experiencing the same challenge intermittently.  We opened a ticket for this yesterday.  The response we received back was that the individual working the ticket could pull the information, and they were able to send us screenshots of the data.  While this doesn't resolve the challenge of us not being able to see it in our UI, the data does exist still.

    We opened a ticket today and just received this message back:  

    First, accept our apologies for this inconvenience.
    At the moment, some queries are taking longer than usual - which may require up to 7 retries to return all data.

    This issue was already addressed to our DevOPS team. Once we have some relevant updates to share, we will let you know.

    The performance view summary stats works very well when all your queues fit in a single page.

    If you have many queues( more than one page), I think it is expected behaviour to have blank results for this.

    Hi Paulo, 

    I don't believe that is the expected behavior.  If you refresh the screen multiple times, eventually the data comes in.  In addition,  I am getting errors when I run the query for even a single queue.  We are still experiencing this issue today.

    HI Jason,

    I am sorry for overlooking that.
    If you have issues to view the info for a single queue, please keep working with Genesys.

    It sounds like a delay... Which region is that?

    Hi Marc, 
    We picked up the same issue monitoring the APIs in Azure, delay was not that bad, built a buffer to retrieve all data if it was not there. Working fine. Sorry couldn't be more help.
