Hi All,
Scenario: When IVR transfers customer call to an external number.
We are looking for some specific logs in sip traces, where the trunk's number is overriding the customer's ANI before the external number transfer.
But when we checked both SIP Traces(API and via Interactions) and PCAP files, we can see the Sip INVITE for the external number transfer, has FROM address as Customer's ANI, instead of the Trunk's DID.
Kindly help us, on where we can find a log for this DID overriding which has the Trunk's DID as the calling number/ID for the external transfer.
