I am using CX Cloud from Genesys and Salesforce and I want to update my Digital, AI package to the latest version, but the UI behaves quite weird saying that I have the right version, but I clearly see that I do not:
Maybe there is any kind of link, which redirects to AppExchange for manual upgrade via link?
