I have noticed in testing SMS interactions (not campaigns). When an SMS message is answered by the agent, the paperclip will not allow me to access an MMS image. Only after you drag an image into the conversation area will it allow you to access images on your device. After that, the paperclip becomes available to select images from your computer. In testing, this is also the same condition for Facebook.
