    Dear Experts ,

    Genesys Cloud Mobile App , does it support Agent Functions (answer interaction ) on mobile app , currently we have collaborate as Genesys Cloud app but its only for collaborate , 

    as we all facing some emergency situation due to  Covid-19 ,  we can facilitate our agent to work from home if Genesys Cloud has mobile app for the same .

    No, the Genesys mobile app does not support agent functionality (such as going On Queue, Scripts, etc.).

    You can set up the mobile phones as Remote phones in Genesys Cloud, then the agents can use the browser on the phone to log in and go On Queue, and receive calls. The browser on the phone is very difficult to use, though, because it is not optimized for mobile. I, personally, on my iPhone, cannot get around the pop-up offering the free app--it blocks me from going On Queue.
