No, the Genesys mobile app does not support agent functionality (such as going On Queue, Scripts, etc.).
You can set up the mobile phones as Remote phones in Genesys Cloud, then the agents can use the browser on the phone to log in and go On Queue, and receive calls. The browser on the phone is very difficult to use, though, because it is not optimized for mobile. I, personally, on my iPhone, cannot get around the pop-up offering the free app--it blocks me from going On Queue.
