Just about EVERYTHING in Genesys is based on UTC on the back end, so when you evaluate dates or you define a date, always use the AddHours(getcurrentdatetimeutc(), OFFSET) in your expressions.

Subject: Modified Date Time column in DNC List
Hello Naga,
I believe all date/time columns in the DNC list are in UTC and I don't think there is any way to configure these columns to displaying in different time zones. Once exported you could adjust the date time manually in a spreadsheet.
I did find an idea on the Genesys Cloud Product Ideas Lab: Add timezones to DNC list. It is currently marked as "Will Not Implement", but if it receives more votes and use cases it could be reconsidered

The "Modified Date Time" column is a system generated column, when we download the DNC List.
Can anyone please let us know how can we change the time from UTC time to UAE time in "Modified date time" column? Is this possible to change to UAE time from UTC time in that column?
