Is it possible to monitor or see the Social Media interactions that are in queue. From the Workgroup Queue

Could be found under "Interaction Supervisor in ICBM" and will show:
Statistics for the longest social conversation and active socialconversations are available. The social conversation media type isavailable in the search criteria in the Interaction Details view. TheInteraction Details dialog includes a media type indicator for socialconversations.Thanks
