Hi, is there any way to setup planning period for a specific month - for example 1.12 - 31.12 (in order to configure min/max Paid Time) ? I know that Planning Period settings under Management Unit allows to choose start date, but without end date option (only Length in Weeks which gives time period not equal to mentioned December) ? Thank you in advance for help.

Not presently unless you play around with shift rotations, but I don't think that will get you want you want.  Sounds more like you want scheduled shifts in the future.  Try to write up an idea for this with a good use case description at https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas
