    Hi everyone

    my question is about MOS, the reviews that I have been able to do in my  organisation offer a maximum score of 4.4, is there any trick or advice to improve this data?

    I only know this article, Mean Opinion Score (MOS) overview - Genesys Cloud Resource Center, 

    I would be grateful for any additional info

    Hello Ana,

    With regards to a MOS of 4.4, that is a pretty good score. If you are using the g711 codec, the maximum MOS will be 4.4. I believe that using opus will be your best bet if you are trying to improve that number. But I will caveat that with the following: Genesys Cloud uses the lowest MOS for the interaction's score. So be warned that the MOS can look low if the callers audio quality is less than ideal.
