  • 1.  Moving a MU to a new BU

    We will be moving a MU to another BU on 06/17, we notice that we can just move the MU over. But our question is:

    1. Will there be data lost once we move to a different BU?
    2. If data will be lost, what data would that be? Is there a scorecard impact switching to a new BU?
    3. Anything that we need to be aware of once we make the move to another BU. 

    We appreciate any advice that can be given in preparation for the transfer of the MU.

    Good Morning!

    Thank you so much for your reply,I did see this post and it was super helpful. We just had follow up questions regarding scorecard. Will they lose adherence from when they were in the previous BU? Or will they lose any data that effects their performance percentage you would see in the scorecard?

    Yes, moving a Management Unit to a different Business Unit has the same effect as moving the the agents individually, at least when it comes to the treatment and availability of schedules and historical adherence information.
