MS Dynamics Integration Auth Failure

    Hello

    I'm trying to use the MS Dynamics integration, but every time I execute a Data Action test, it returns this error:

    We have already validated the URL and it is correct with "https://", we also verified in Azure allowing public access, but we did not get the connection.

    On the other hand, in Postman if it connects us and throws us queries.

    It would help us a lot to see the reason why it does not connect with Genesys.

    Hi Bryan,

    I recommend that you double check that you followed all of the steps for setting up the integration in Azure: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/register-the-integration-in-azure-active-directory/

    If that is all correct, then you may need to ensure that you are using a non-federated service user account: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/38035/aadsts50126-invalid-grant-error-validating-credent.html

    If those two don't get it working for you then please open a support case.
