Dear community,
I am facing an awkward situation with one of the clients during the setup of MS Graph Integration.
I shared with them the article Configure Microsoft Azure for email integration - Genesys Cloud Resource Center
but for some reason they want explicit explanation why the Redirect URI should be set as http://localhost.
I explain to them that this is the straight-forward direction by Genesys but the insist on explanation why and how it works.
Also, they are complaining about User.Read permission, and for them I shared also the FAQ section Microsoft Graph integration FAQs - Genesys Cloud Resource Center
about it quoted that "Type is Delegated" but for some reason they are connecting the Redirect URI setup with this Delegated type of the permission.
I explicitly told them that this setup should be followed top-bottom and that all permissions are required, send them FAQ article, but they still insist on explaining "how it works, and are you sure?"
Can someone provide some information that may be used to share with this customer?
Thanks
