We're looking to integrate Genesys Cloud with MS Teams using the connector. The help pages are out of date and one of the fields (phoneNumbers[type eq "microsoftteams"].value) doesn't exist now. Is someone able to check their mappings and tell me what field you're mapping from Azure, please? Thanks

.value
hi David, I recently did an integration where we configured the phone number with attribute claim phoneNumbers[type eq "microsoftteams"].value - so not sure about the statement that his attribute doesnt exist any more - having said that - the main thing is to understand with your MS Teams/Azure team which SCIM field in the user profile contains the phone number.
Please note - all genesys cloud does is that when you transfer or consult to a user on MS Teams - its sends a SIP INVITE on their MS Teams phone number and the number plan on the site has to take it through the SBC Trunk connected to MS-Teams

I can confirm that the SCIM phone type of "microsoftteams" is valid for supporting the UCC integration for Microsoft Teams. It has not been deprecated.
