Our client wants to integrate their genesys cloud with microsoft dynamics (cloud) passing through an intermediate (mulesoft). mTLS is required but they can't trust a selfsigned certificate. It is weird that the genesys mTLS implementation requires a certificate signed by a trusted root CA from the client, but that the certificate sned using the webservices integration is a selfSigned. It really is an issue for us, is there a way to use a CA trusted signed certificate? We saw this post from 2022 : https://developer.genesys.cloud/forum/t/data-acttion-mutaltls-with-own-client-certificate/15403 Thank you

The following idea exists for this: https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/OP-I-456
I suggest voting for this idea and noting any additional use cases you have, like including a link to the specific mulesoft requirement you are running into.
