Multi-lingual Agents' occupancy language wise

    Hi All, 

    I'm trying to figure out a way/report to show how multi-lingual agents' work in split on a monthly basis. Our routing system has languages as skills so I was thinking skill Performance Workspace can at least give me a starting place whenever I filter via Workteams(Multi-lingual agents are situated in Workteam) and using individual skill filter and exporting for each language skill, to estimate what is the split of the various language interactions they cater. Would anyone know a more refined solution?
