This has not been resolved. I tested it yesterday, and we've had no word from our 3rd party that this has been resolved.
I'm not sure what you are referring to with the documentation page, Its not an issue with permissions. This issue happens when agents consult a group and the agent in the group hangs up the consult.

Please tell me this isn't being forced out mid-August: Genesys Cloud - UI New Features - Genesys
I have raised my issue here and with my provider, who states that the Genesys Cloud developers are aware and still investigating the issue: Genesys Cloud - UI New Features - Genesys
The issues: If a 1st line agent consults a communicate agent as part of a group while they have a customer on the line, and the consulted person in a group hangs up the consultation, then the 1st line agent can no longer transfer the customer to another team.
Genesys have been aware of this issue for 4 months now, i'm not sure what's going on anymore. Are we going to be forced over to something that has a serious flaw?
