Hey Robert,
Thanks for the replying.
ToAudioCurrency(MakeCurrency(ToDecimal(Flow.Amount),"USD"))
This is working absolutely fine but I am not able to use AED in place of USD.
Changing the language in Arabic -UAE will not allow me use ToAudioCurrency(MakeCurrency(ToDecimal(Flow.Amount),"AED"))
Also , can you please ellaborate :
You would need to use and Expression to convert the numeric or string to these currency data types.

There is a ToCurrency and a ToAudioCurrency that should convert your XXX.XX to the proper currency format for playback by the IVR. I know that you can use language to change between dollars and rubies or the Arabic equivalent. You would need to use and Expression to convert the numeric or string to these currency data types.

Subject: Multilingual DTMF only IVR Support
Hello All,
I am looking for the information around using the multilingual system prompts (Arabic , Hindi and English) for DTMF only IVR.
Example :
I need to announce $123.23 (One Hundred Twenty Three Dollars and 23 cents ) How can I achieve this in English. I know we might have to concatenate few system prompts but how do I achieve this in Architect. If someone can share small snippet , I would be a major help.
Similarly the way it is spoken in Hindi might be different, how can I achieve this in Hindi and Arabic.
I am not supposed to use any TTS.
Regards
Sidd
