Hi Team,
I'm new to purecloud, can someone help me on this
I have created two campaigns one Agentless campaign and another one Power campaign both are pointing to same contact list and both are configured with different contact list filter based on that [Name] field data, i'm differentiating the campaign to make call.
I'm not getting call, but data got loaded to expected campaign. what might be the issue?

For questions about the base product, such as configuring and using Outbound Dialing Campaigns, please post on the Genesys Cloud Community Forum or open a case with Genesys Cloud Care. This forum is specific to using APIs and integration points to write custom software.
