    With dashboards, is there a way to have multiple owners or is this on the cards for future updates.  At the moment, if you have an owner and they are on leave we can't update the dashboards.  I know you make copies but if unplanned we don't really want to have 2 of the same dashboards showing.  It would be easier if dashboards could be owned by multiple people or by a group.

    Hello Jay,

    It looks like this feature is being looked into by Product Management, however there is no decision or timeline yet with regards to its deployment on the platform. This is represented by the Dashboard: Master Admin access to view Private Dashboards idea - if you have not done so it would be good for you to vote on it and share your comments or feedback.

    Hi Jay,

    The idea Dashboard: Master Admin access to view Private Dashboards is currently being planned and we will have an update soon regarding the targeted delivery date. The feature related to this idea will be about providing management access for the admins so they can view and delete the dashboards.

    Based on your original post, you are asking for enhanced shareability of the dashboards, which includes the ability to assign multiple owners or give edit permissions to the dashboard. That is a different request. The corresponding idea is Dashboards: Enhance dashboard sharing capabilities. This is also in the planning stage but this is going to be longer term roadmap item. We will update the idea with the status as soon as we have a delivery plan. Please vote on the idea and share your feedback.
