    Hi!

    We are working in launch the messaging channel in our company, and want to understand if there is any posibility of have multiple "interactions id" in the same conversation ID.

    For example, When we recive a Whatsapp and the agent finish de conversation we have Conversation ID A and "Interaction ID" A.1, but if the client contact us again via Whatsapp we have the same Conversation ID A but the "Interaction ID" will be A.2.

    You know if exists any possibility to achive this? We need the solution because a client can contact with us by diferents intents (in the same conversation) so, we want to understand the CSAT for every intent.
