You still didn't say what it was doing when it didn't work.
Anyway, my advice is to remove the Working hours (leave Open empty). From the Architect training: "If you set up only the Closed schedules to your schedule group, Genesys Cloud considers the hours outside the Closed hours as Open hours and vice versa"

I have some inquires related to scheduling groups, let's say i have two slot of time for non working hours, one from 4:00PM - 8:00 PM and the other from 1:00 AM - 8:00 AM
other than this will be consider as working hours, what I did exactly I create two schedules for the above slots time and i configured them as closed , when I did some test
on it it's didn't work, Kindly find the attached for more details, can anyone tell how exactly the schedule work and what I can do to make this work
