    Hello There,

    I have a requirement to write a logical condition based on the "tAcd" (time spent in a queue) value from "/api/v2/analytics/conversations/(converaation ID)details". Need your help to write translation map and success template please.

    Hi Breno

    We have interactions transferred from one queue to another. In interactions reports, it shows only "total Queue" time. We need a break up of how long that interaction was waiting in each queue for every interaction.

    You can use the endpoint /api/v2/conversations/calls/{conversationId}.

    Each Participant is to have our Start, Connect, and EndTime. You can calculate the time manually.

    Thank Breno, I was able to write translation map to get the "tAcd" value from avalytics API. I have used the switch to differentiate calls according to the tAcd value and tagged the calls with the respective flow outcome in every exit of the switch. Now I am able to use this flow outcome as a filter in interaction report and get the list of interactions which was in the queue for specific duration.

    Hi Rizwan, As Breno mentioned, please provide more details of what exactly you intend to do. Are you writing process external to Genesys or trying to do something within Genesys like Triggers/Workflow/Architect etc.
