I would need to investigate, but you MAY be able to use a user end trigger to move it to a queue, but in thinking that it would have ended a session with the customer. I will test this out for you see if I can get it to work

In Message flow if agent disconnected the interaction i need to continue my conversation in same interaction by calling my bot connector.
So in triggers by calling workflow i can't able to see call bot connector action also any transfer to flow action...also by calling common module from workflow too we can't able to see those blocks.
Is there any way to achieve this.(If agent disconnected my call bot connector needs to trigger)
