    HI , Is there any way to invoke the local .exe file on the agent desktop.

    Hi Anil,

    I'm assuming you mean opening local desktop applications from Genesys Cloud. It's not possible. Genesys Cloud can only integrate with client web apps that are embedded in an iframe. So your apps need to be served via https/s.
