    Great to see a PureCloud community online. Would be great to catch up with other users to share experiences and wish lists. We have been running on PureCloud in the UK for just under a week handling on average 700 calls a day.

    Hi Gina.. I manage the Infrastructure team here and we have overall responsibly for UC within the organisation. This includes the Purecloud telephony, call flows and high level contact centre admin. I have been the technical lead on the implementation here.
