    the Real-time Management team are pleased to have a new Beta open and available for uses that currently use Agent Adherence within Genesys Cloud Workforce Management.

    Hello Zoe,

    I wish to confirm - in MultiCloud CX WFM solution we do have of course built in already strong and intelligent real time adherence(RTA) module, presenting RTA in details and graphs views, with enhanced sorting and filtering capabilities based on actual, scheduled and adherence statuses.

    Please let me know if it is answering your questions, or confirm if you are asking whatever in MultiCloud CX we do have any kind of beta programs?
