  • 1.  New Button in Agents Inbox - Explanation Requests

    No replies, thread closed.

    I noticed a new button in the agent's Inbox that says Explanation Requests.  When I click on it, it says "No explanation requests reviewed recently". I can't find anything in Genesys Help.  Looking to see if anyone knows what this button is for.

    Looks like it's to do with WEM for late notifications from agents via Tempo etc.
