  • 1.  New Customer Care Portal UI "Owned Cases" not showing my cases

    The new UI does not load my own cases when I selected the filter "Owned Cases". It only shows when I select "Group Cases"

    Hello,

    I had same problems with Genesys Cloud page.

    I issued admin case to Customer Care, and they fixed it. Now I can see my case in "own cases" screen.
