Hi guys,
I just wanted to announce the release of a new DevDrop: Using the Genesys Python SDK with the Notification Service. Michael Roddy, a member of the Developer Engagement team, walks us through how to use the Genesys Cloud Python SDK to leverage the Genesys Cloud Notification service. The Notification Service lets you listen to the stream of events published with Genesys Cloud via WebSocket. Michael demonstrates how to register a channel with the notification service, subscribe to a topic, and then consume incoming events.
