    Hi Community,

    My org is creating a new division for preexisting IVRs and callflows. Will we lose all the reporting past reporting from the specific IVR / callflow after moving them to a new division?

    If I'm correct, past interactions are locked to the division at that time.  If you create a new division, your role will need to have permissions to both divisions to access the data.  Or you can rename the existing Division, and then the interactions will stay with that division (as the GUID will not change).

    People in the new division will not be able to listen to call recordings made in the old division.
