Hi there....
I am using the built-in GenCloud Data Actions for Estimated Wait Time. I have used it previously with success. I am setting the MediaType to CALL. Based on the JSON Request and Output, it seems to indicate that the result should return an integer for the wait time in Seconds. However, it returns the following.
{ "results": [ { "intent": "CALL", "formula": "BEST" } ] }
I have looked at the updated information on the Developer Center, but there is no indication that the query would return something other than a time value in seconds. I've also looked at the QueueObservation as well to see if perhaps it had been moved to a different endpoint.
I've also use the built-in function within Architect to obtain Call.EstimatedWaitTime and Flow.EstimatedWaitTime and no integer is returned.
Any assistance would help tremendously. Thanks.

Hi Chris,
We are taking a look at this. One question, do you have any agents configured / active in this queue?

Hi Jason...
Yes, but the agent was not On_Queue. We are good to go. It makes sense that the divisor needs to be active in order to calculate the metrics. I am getting the expected results. Thanks for the reply. Please feel free to close out this topic.
