  • 1.  New Genesys UI does not let you go on queue if you minimize your screen.

    Some of our colleagues are opening Genesys on a laptop screen and they minimize the screen. That means that Genesys will be smaller and the menu will be in a dropdown menu. If you press on/off queue nothing happens.

    Further testing shows though that clicking the on/off queue icon does work, just not the clicking the text.

    I tested this as well, it changes (and remembers the setting) but it doesn't actually change your queue status.


    @Jason Kleitz maybe this should be in the New UI Features forum?

    @Zoltan Juricskay is this in the current bug list? It's hard to follow everything in the thread.

    I've also replicated this as well. You will want to open a care ticket with Genesys and report this. As it's in a Generally released status and not in beta, the proper reporting channel is as Care support ticket.
