  • 1.  New orchestrators advocacy page is not working properly

    Hello all

    Since the website was updated, I have noticed that it does not add my points. I have sent several emails but have not received a solution yet. Is this a general problem?

    I am having the same issue.  5-6 things completed that has not uploaded over the last 3 weeks.

    Same here, I complete about 5 tasks (some simple as  subscribe to status page) few days ago and didn't count in my profile.

    Hi Soraya, I was having this issue as well, so I reached out to my CSM support contact, who was able to assist and provide some insight on the delays in badge awarding and points assignment. Badges may need to be added manually, I think a few of mine were.

    We're aware of an issue affecting some users, where their redeemable points balance has not been updating consistently as activities were completed. Our team is working on addressing this issue and anticipate that it will be resolved shortly. In the meantime, you can continue engaging in Orchestrators and completing activities as usual. We have an internal record of all activities completed and will add any missed points to your account as part of our bug update.

    The issue is still ongoing, is there any resolution date in sight. The gamification approach is  very interesting to do however not having the updates is quite frustrating.

    Hi Viraj!

    I have good news - we have resolved the issue that was affecting point synchronization in Orchestrators. As you complete activities in the portal, you should see your Redeemable and Lifetime Points update right away. We've also made updates to correct any discrepancies with points balances previously earned in our old Genesys Customer Advocacy Program. You may need to refresh the page or sign in to the Rewards Store again to see your updated balance.
     
    The final step of this update is to credit users for any points missed during these intermittent issues. Next week, we're going to publish an activity in Orchestrators that will award a bulk amount of points to account for any points that may have been missed during this period.
     
    We appreciate your patience while we've worked on these updates.

    I have the same issue. Sometimes it takes a couple of days. I have some that have not showed up yet at all. I just took a specialty exam and the badge shows on the portal already but the task hasn't been marked as completed.

    Same problem, I took all the required courses, in education site all listed as "completed" but Orchestrators site still shows as "enrolled" ...  its been more than a week... just reported to the email provided...
